enRgy

enRgy is a brand new product from the GBG vitamin company, the vitamins that I personally use.  These are in capsule form, and they have the caffeine equivalent of one cup of coffee in two capsules of the Women's Formula, and 2 cups of coffee in two capsules of the Men's Formula. NO EPHEDRA is used in these formulas.  There are additional vitamins included in the formulas besides other natural ingredients.  These are designed for increased energy, but everybody who takes them also says they lose weight too. Friday, May 2, I received my new enRgy samples from GBG.  I used on capsule on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday at 12:30 PM each day. The samples contain 2 capsules, but some of the testimonials on the free sample page say that one was sufficient for them. So, I just tried one.  More energy, and not hungry, just as they claim. I knew I'd lost a couple of pounds on Saturday from weighing myself Sunday morning. Tuesday I got up, weighed myself, and I almost cried.  I weighed myself again late afternoon, same weight--195.4 pounds. So it's official, I've lost 150 pounds since I started this journey. I announced my progress at my support group meeting on Tuesday I was so happy. Today is Wednesday, and I weighed myself, scale showing 194.8 pounds. It's official
